Fraud, Cyber Crime & Police Matter Services
Cyber fraud and online scam recovery, FIR registration, anticipatory and regular bail, cheating and criminal complaints, and defence in police matters โ urgent, discreet help when you’re a victim or wrongly accused. Your first consultation is free.
Defrauded, scammed, or facing a police matter?
Fraud, cyber crime and police matters are urgent by nature โ the first 24 to 48 hours often decide whether money is recovered or a wrongful arrest is prevented. The right legal step, taken immediately, changes the outcome.
If you’ve been cheated or scammed โ online fraud, a fake investment, a UPI or banking scam, or plain cheating โ fast action can freeze funds and trigger a proper investigation. If you’re wrongly accused or facing an FIR, immediate legal advice protects you from a hasty arrest and shapes the defence from the start. Both situations reward speed and specialist handling.
We help victims register FIRs and cyber-cell complaints and pursue recovery of defrauded money, and we defend the accused with anticipatory and regular bail, quashing of false FIRs, and representation in cheating and criminal matters โ acting quickly and discreetly on either side.

Fraud, cyber crime & police matters โ frequently asked questions
I’ve been scammed online โ can I get my money back?
Often, if you act fast. Reporting immediately to the cyber-crime helpline and portal, and to your bank, can enable funds to be frozen before the fraudster withdraws them โ the first hours are critical. We help you file the cyber-cell complaint correctly and pursue the banking and legal steps to recover the money. Delay is the biggest enemy of recovery.
The police won’t register my FIR โ what can I do?
You have remedies. If a police station refuses to register an FIR for a cognisable offence, you can approach the senior police officer, and if that fails, file a complaint before the Magistrate who can direct registration and investigation. We draft the complaint properly and pursue the right escalation so your matter is officially taken up.
What is anticipatory bail and when do I need it?
Anticipatory bail is protection from arrest that you seek in advance, when you fear being arrested in a false or pending case. Granted by the Sessions Court or High Court, it lets you cooperate with investigation without being taken into custody. If you fear arrest, don’t wait โ early action is far more effective than reacting after an arrest.
A false FIR has been filed against me โ can it be cancelled?
Yes. A false or malicious FIR, or one that discloses no offence, can be challenged and quashed by the High Court under its inherent powers. We assess the FIR, gather the material showing it’s baseless or motivated, and file a quashing petition. Acting early, ideally before charges progress, gives the strongest position.
Do you help both victims and the accused?
Yes. We act for victims of fraud and crime seeking recovery and justice, and we defend those who are wrongly accused or facing arrest. Handling both sides gives us a clear understanding of how investigations and prosecutions actually work, which strengthens whichever side we’re on. Every matter is handled discreetly and without judgment.
What should I do if the police call me for questioning?
Take it seriously and get legal advice before you go. You have rights โ including the right to know why you’re being questioned and, in many situations, to legal assistance โ and what you say can matter greatly. We advise you on your position, prepare you for the questioning, and where appropriate accompany or represent you. Don’t face it unadvised.
Are these matters kept confidential?
Yes. Fraud, cyber and criminal matters are sensitive and often carry stigma or urgency, and we handle every case with strict confidentiality and without judgment. Whether you’re a victim who feels embarrassed or someone wrongly accused, what you tell us stays private, and we focus entirely on protecting your interests.
